Customer guide
Run your commerce operations with confidence.
A practical guide for QuantumOS customers—from account recovery to product information, publishing, orders, and safe support requests.
01 — Sign in & account recovery
Sign in at command.qosx3.space/sign-in, complete two-factor authentication, then select the right tenant in the workspace switcher.
- If you cannot sign in, ask a tenant owner to send a recovery email from Settings → Team Members.
- Use the email’s Set new password button to choose a permanent password.
- Use a temporary password only as the email’s fallback, then change it immediately after sign-in.
Never forward a temporary password, one-time link, or 2FA code.
02 — Product Information Manager
Find and edit a product
- Open Catalog → Products.
- Search by product name, SKU, brand, or description.
- Narrow results by status or category; use the quality-focus chips for missing price, description, or image work.
- Select the product name, row, or Edit.
- Save, then use View to check the storefront listing.
Work safely at scale
- • Save views for recurring work such as drafts or missing images.
- • Use bulk actions only after reviewing the selected count and sample records.
- • Use the Quality screen before publishing a large batch.
- • Keep categories, price, product imagery, stock, and channel data accurate.
How to upload your PIM catalogue
- Prepare a CSV or XLSX with a unique SKU for every product/variant.
- Open Catalog → Data import and upload the file.
- Map spreadsheet headings to QuantumOS fields; do not guess a field mapping.
- Run validation and fix every required-field, SKU, price, category, and format error.
- Import a small sample first for a new source, then review Products and Quality.
- Publish only after images, pricing, content, and channels are ready.
For a correction after a completed import, use the error download from the latest import run, fix the source file, and re-upload rather than manually creating hundreds of edits.
How to check an order
- Open Orders.
- Search with the order number first; customer email, phone, or name can also help.
- Open the order and check payment, item, stock, fulfilment, shipment/tracking, and customer timeline.
- If an action is needed, use the fulfilment or return workflow and leave a precise note.
Do not mark an order shipped, delivered, cancelled, or refunded until the corresponding real-world operation or approved payment action has happened.

03 — Publish with confidence
Before publishing, confirm a clear title and SKU, correct category and brand, selling price/currency, product imagery, description and required attributes, availability, delivery information, and destination-specific fields such as Google Shopping requirements.
A published storefront page and a successfully accepted merchant feed are different checks. If a feed fails, correct the named field and retry from the relevant channel screen.
04 — Orders, fulfilment & team access
Orders and fulfilment
Use Orders to review payments, customer details, and line items. Use Fulfilment for picking, shipping, handover, and exceptions. Record a change only after it has actually happened, and leave a clear note for any delay, return, or customer contact.
Team access
Use the least-powerful role that enables the job. Owners and approved platform administrators handle recovery, session revocation, forced resets, temporary passwords, and email confirmation; those actions are security logged.
05 — Get support quickly
Include the tenant name, affected product SKU or order number, page URL, what you expected, what happened, the approximate time, and a screenshot. Do not send passwords, recovery links, 2FA codes, payment-card details, or API keys.
For team and password operations, see the detailed QuantumOS wiki or contact your tenant owner.
